This summer our school cricket teams have enjoyed much success. Our Y5 boys finished runners up in the city competition, whilst our Y5 girls finished third in Sheffield in their competition. The Y5 mixed team won every game they played in a competition at Abbeydale, whilst our Y3s finished third in the Forge sports partnership competition, against mostly Y4 teams. At each event children showed great sporting behaviour, being competitive and fair. Every child was a credit to themselves, the school and their families.
