International School

As an International School, a UNICEF Rights Respecting School and an Expert Centre for Outstanding Global Development we present to many different schools and professionals on our work in this field.  We have MANY visitors and rely on our TEAM Dore ambassadors to give tours of our school and to explain what makes TEAM Dore different and what we are most proud of.  The picture below shows recent visitors from Shanghai.
Most children in Y5 and Y6 and some in Y2 have this opportunity to be an ambassador and they do a GRAND job explaining about how we learn and how we take caring and responsible global citizenship very seriously.  This was very well highlighted in our 2015 'Outstanding School' Ofsted Report too - "Pupils take part in schemes that contribute to the exceptional growth of their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. Schemes include links with the Mae Sot refugee community and work which gained them the UNICEF Rights Respecting Schools Award."  Ofsted March 2015
