World Book Day 2014

posted 6 Mar 2014, 08:35 by Laura Guiton
Dore Primary celebrated World Book Day today, along with over 100 countries around the World. This is the 17th annual celebration. We had lots of fun dressing up as our favourite book characters. Have a look at the pictures and see if you can spot any well known characters. Year 6 also performed 'Oliver Twist' by Charles Dickens, to the rest of the school in assembly. Thanks to everyone who made this such a  fantastic day!
Don't forget to take your book token to a participating bookshop for your free book.
