"We're Jammin'" Cooking Part One

As part of our "We're Jammin'" Jamaican topic, Y6 have been researching Caribbean cuisine.  Each class has prepared a selection of dishes for the Y6 Caribbean Carnival.  Y6F decided to make 'jerk chicken', which involved marinating chicken (or our vegetarian option of mushrooms and peppers) in spices, chillies and garlic, before stir-frying.  We also baked a traditional banana bread, but made it as muffins to make them easier to serve at the carnival.
